Hash Me If You Can operates entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data — ever.
All encryption and decryption operations occur in your browser using the Web Crypto API. Your messages, keys, and results never leave your device. No cloud storage. No data transfer. No metadata.
We use Umami, a privacy-focused, open-source analytics tool. It does not use cookies or store any personally identifiable information. Umami provides basic aggregated statistics (e.g., number of visitors, country of origin, pages visited) to help us improve the service — without tracking individual users.
We don’t — and can’t — know what you're encrypting or decrypting. There are no logs, no audit trails, and no backdoors. Your secrets remain yours, by design.
